Happy Anniversary!

Congratulations Mom & Dad! This was the oldest picture I could find in my stash! Your love for each other exemplifies what a marriage should be and you have set such a great example for us to follow. This Should Be Illegal

It was a beautiful day yesterday and Kameron was out working on the sprinkler system for our alfalfa field. All four of the dogs decided they would join him for a ride to the sprinkler. I'm not sure how he managed the accelerator and brake, but they all came back in one piece!

Grandparents Galore

Papaw gives Mommy a break from baby duty and changes Campbell's dirty diaper.
Nana is staying the week with us and has been a HUGE help. She loves getting Campbell kisses!

Mimi and Grampy were here for a few days and we enjoyed their visit very much. Mimi will be coming back to stay for a few days next week while Grampy goes back out to the offshore drilling rig. We are excited for her visit...Kameron is hoping she will fix his favorite meal - fried chicken! YUMMY!!!
Mamaw and Grandpa came over Saturday to see Campbell and eat some fabulous brisket that Chance smoked for us. Chesley made a scrumptious chocolate cake for dessert. What a gracious, sweet family we have been blessed with!

Nana and Papaw are so happy to have their fourth grandbaby!

Papa Check was so happy to see his new great grandbaby. Campbell looks so tiny in his arms!

Lulu has been eagerly awaiting Campbell's arrival. She has been by the house most days to get her "Campbell fix". Campbell loves his sweet Lulu soooo much!

Our First Outing

Campbell Isaac Walker is one week old today! I think he has already changed so much in just one week. We had to get out of the house today...Mommy is finally feeling better and had a little cabin fever. So, we went to Aunt Jerilynn's house for some orange julius and blueberry muffins and watched Sunday's episode of Brothers and Sisters. Then we had to run some errands in Amarillo. Campbell did wonderful and was as happy as could be riding in the car.

The "Afterbath"

The "afterbath" is much less dramatic. He smells so good and I could just eat him up!

Sponge Baths Stink!

Campbell does not care for his sponge baths. He is anxious to use his "spa bathtub" that Uncle Jeremy got for him. We have to wait until his little cord stem comes off. We are thinking he will like his bathtub a lot better!

The Week In Review

Wow, what a week! We got home on Friday afternoon and it has been a fast week. I can't believe that Campbell is a week old already! He is a precious angel and is such a good baby. He eats good, sleeps good, and is a content and happy little guy. He has had lots of visitors this week and we are thankful for all of our sweet friends and family! I am going to post some of our pics from the past week and hope you enjoy looking.
